Easy Egg Sandwich


This recipe is very healthy and easy.You can try it as snack or can make for your guests too:)




Ingredients:-

3 eggs (full boiled)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp crushed whole blackpepper
less than 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
4 Slices of white bread


Method:-

Mix 3 eggs (full boiled),2 tbsp mayonnaise,1/2 tsp crushed blackpepper,less than 1/2 tsp salt,1 tbsp Coriander chopped in a bowl.

Now spread all the mixture on slices and cut in half ,it will make 2 sandwiches.enjoy with ketchup.
