Imli ki Chutney (Tamarind)














  1. In a pan add water and imli (Tamarind) and mash both together with hands or spoon.
  2. Now add all above ingredients in same pan give a stir.
  3. Now put this pan on stove and cook on medium heat till the 
  4. mixture thickens almost 10 to 12 min.
  5. Sieve the mixture
  6. Keep in fridge, airtight jar.😎
Njy with burgers(bun kabab) or add this to your dahi bhalay
