Imli ki
Chutney (Tamarind)
- Imli – ½ cup
- Water – 1 ½ cup
- Sugar –
1 ½ tbsp.
- Red chilli
powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- In a pan add
water and imli (Tamarind) and mash both together with hands or
spoon.
- Now add all
above ingredients in same pan give a stir.
- Now put this
pan on stove and cook on medium heat till the
- mixture thickens almost 10 to 12
min.
- Sieve the
mixture
- Keep in fridge, airtight jar.😎
Njy with burgers(bun kabab) or add this to your dahi bhalay
