BHATURA's:-ππ
Things you Need:-
- 600 grms flour,
- 3 tsp backing powder,
-1 tsp salt.
Method:-
1-Mix all, make dough with warm water,
2-Rest an hour. Roll
out to medium thickness, fry in hot oil.
3- Drain, cover till use.
The covering will make it soft.
HALWA:-π(Yummy)
Things you Need:-
-1 cup soojhi( Semolina)
-1 cup sugar,
-1 cup ghee and
-2 cups water.
Method:-
1-Add all above in pan.
2- Mix over medium heat
and cook till water dries till desired form.

Alus(Potatoes):-πππ
1-Fry some zeera, some
meethi, and kalonji, about 1/4 tsp each in oil.
2-Once they splutter, add kari patta and fry that. Add the 4 alus cubed, fry a bit.
3-Mix salt,black pepper, ground dhania and haldi ,about 1/4 tsp each in 2 tbsp dahi(Yogurt), pour over,
4-cook over low heat, covered till the potatoes are done.
