Tomato & Garlic Raita


This is my way of making Tomato & Garlic Raita;




Ingredients: -
  • Oil - 2 Tbsp
  • Tomatoes – 2 whole
  • Garlic – 2 peeled
  • Yogurt – 1 1/2 cup  
  • Red chili powder – 1l2  tsp
  • Salt to taste

Directions:-

  1. In frying pan heat 2 tbsp. Oil
  2. Add 2 tomato whole with skins and 2 garlic cloves peeled,in oil.
  3. Fry till the garlic gets golden.
  4. Now take out the tomatoes n garlic keep aside to cool down for few minutes, now peel out the tomato skin and chop tomato n garlic together.
  5. Take 1 1/2 cup yogurt, add salt and red chili powder, mix well.
  6. Now add finely chopped tomato garlic mixture in this yogurt.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Yummy raita is ready....
